Reporting

Use reporting to understand revenue, occupancy, services, deposits, packages, discounts, and day-to-day performance.

Reporting focus

Reporting is one of Maximus's core strengths. The admin reporting surface is intended to help owners see what is happening across the business without relying on spreadsheet cleanup.

Current reporting areas include revenue by date, retail, needs medication, packages, unsigned agreements, sales tax, end of day, occupancy by hour, occupancy by day, deposits, tips, commission, discounts, and open line items.

How owners should use reports

  • Review end-of-day results to close shifts cleanly.
  • Track revenue movement and open invoices.
  • Compare occupancy pressure by day and hour.
  • Monitor package sales, subscriptions, memberships, discounts, deposits, and tax exposure.
  • Use operational reports to identify staffing pressure and care workload.
