What Maximus manages
Maximus is organized around the core workflows kennel owners run every day: onboarding, reservations, family and pet records, care work, checkout, reporting, and administration.
The invitation signup flow creates the business account and routes administrators into onboarding so the facility can be configured before staff begin working in the app.
Launch sequence
- Create the administrator account from Sign Up.
- Complete business and facility onboarding.
- Configure services, spaces, users, agreements, notifications, tags, and payment settings.
- Invite staff and confirm role access.
- Create a test family, pet profile, reservation, invoice, and checkout before going live.
