Onboarding
Use onboarding to turn a new business account into a configured kennel workspace.
What onboarding covers
Onboarding is restricted to admin-capable users and guides the business through the setup needed before normal dashboard use.
The flow includes business branding, facilities, hours, specialist types, business users, primary services, service subtypes, spaces, payment enrollment, and completion.
Access behavior
Admins with incomplete onboarding are routed into onboarding. Staff users are routed to an onboarding-pending screen until an administrator completes setup.
Once onboarding is complete, admin-capable users can enter the admin dashboard and staff users can enter the facility portal.
